This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel appointments, subscriptions and recurring services.
We kindly ask for reasonable advance notice to reschedule or cancel a coaching session so the time can be offered to someone else. Sessions cancelled with little or no notice may be counted as used.
You may cancel a recurring membership or subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period. Already-billed periods are non-refundable unless required by law.
